Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy
We kindly ask that clients arrive at their scheduled appointment time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for drop-off; however, arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling. Punctuality helps us ensure we stay on schedule and provide quality service to all our clients.
For pick-up, we will notify you 20 minutes before your pup's grooming session is complete. We request that your pup is picked up within 1 hour of notification. A late pick-up fee of $20 will apply if your pet is not picked up within this time frame.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We request clients notify us as soon as possible if a grooming session needs to be rescheduled or canceled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered last-minute cancellations. Due to our appointment based business, no-shows or last-minute cancellations make us unable to fill-in your taken spot(s).
Therefore, after a last-minute cancellations or no-shows, we kindly require a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to book future appointments. This amount is of course discounted from your total on the day of your appointment.
Leash Policy
For the safety of all pets and clients, ALL DOGGIES MUST remain on a leash at all times while on the premises. You are welcomed to walk your pup on our grassy areas prior to you appointment time. For your convenience there are several poop bag stations to pick up your fur baby's waste.
Please avoid approaching the black aluminum gate, as there are resident dogs on the property that may not always be friendly.
Payment Options
We currently accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and AppleCash. All payments can be sent via the phone number registered to Nazaret Uribe (863-617-4617). We also have custom links/QR codes for all methods. Just ask, and we can provide them to you.
